David has practised as a solicitor since 1997.
He works closely with accountants, financial planners, lawyers and other professionals to provide advice to clients on wills, estate planning, superannuation, asset protection strategies and trusts.
David is a recognised SMSF legal expert who has worked with SMSF professionals and trustees for more than 10 years. He is regularly asked to share his SMFS legal insights at SMSF Association and other SMSF training events.
He also provides advice on asset ownership structures, buy/sell agreements, partnership and shareholder agreements and advising on challenges to estate plans.
